Terms & Conditions
- All tariffs are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
- The price offered only for staying in the apartment (exclusive of excessing water park and other facilities)
- Reservations are guaranteed after receiving deposit of RM100/ night
- Guest shall pay in advance, room rent for the entire duration of his stay indicated at the time of Check-In.
- 3 days to 72 hours - No charge
- 72 - 24 hours - 50% of deposit
- Less than 24 hours - 100% of deposit
- Guest shall leave all pertinent information accurately upon making reservation.
- Tenants are required to leave the unit in clean conditions or a surcharge of RM50 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning services.
